Responsibilities:

Develop and implement communication approach to share portfolio status and updates to key stakeholders in support of building visibility into and driving adoption of the SPM Framework.
Develop and maintain communication channels to provide information and updates on the strategic portfolio.
Partner with other Arch Communications teams to produce broader employee focused communications for strategic portfolio.
Produce multipurpose content for the various communication channels and presentations.
Support SPM leadership in the creation of materials for Arch Insurance North America Prioritization Steerco meetings.
Maintain SPM Framework digital sites (SharePoint site and intranet page) and update all materials, as required, to support the Framework.
As needed, provide support to initiative teams as they define and establish appropriate communication strategies. and timelines to support initiatives.

Education and Experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking skills and ability to simplify complex information for effective delivery.
Experience in developing and tailoring communication materials for different audiences and purposes.
Selfstarter demonstrating flexibility, accountability, and adaptability.
Bachelor's Degree in a communications related field.
5+ years prior experience in roles such communications support specialist, communications coordinator
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with internal/external partners in a diverse and dynamic environment.
Ability to translate complex concepts to a variety of business audiences.
Experience in change management and/or training is preferred.
Experience in project portfolio communications is preferred.

For individuals assigned or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, NJ; New York State; and/or Washington State, the base salary range is listed below.

This range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.

$85,000 - $105,000/year- Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.
