Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic initiatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, aligning with the company's objectives and growth targets.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, market dynamics, and areas for expansion, informing business development strategies and decision-making processes.
Prepare comprehensive proposals, presentations, and other collateral materials to effectively communicate company's value proposition, capabilities, and service offerings to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including scientific, project management, and operational departments, to ensure alignment of business development efforts with project execution and delivery.
Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote brand awareness, build strategic partnerships, and enhance our presence within the life sciences community.
Qualifications:
Master's degree or above.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development, with a proven track record of successfully driving sales and revenue growth within the CRO industry.
Deep understanding of pharmaceutical R&D processes and drug discovery and development workflows, coupled with a strong technical acumen and ability to articulate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.About Us:
