    Constellation Energy


    Contract role for 2 years with possibility of extension based on performance,Candidates can be completely remote, but the team works on the east coast, so they will need to attend meetings and be available during ET core business hours.


    Description:
    Responsible for owning the accuracy and integrity of customer and account data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
    Coordinate efforts of the pre-deal sales cycle while setting expectations with the sales team and external partners.
    Liaison and point of contact with other functional groups for pre-deal related issues in the sales cycle.
    Data Entry and Maintenance.
    Creates opportunities, offers, and various pricing scenarios to support transactions.
    Owns accuracy and integrity of customer data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
    Maintains data accuracy on any changes in customer data (ownership changes for example).
    Responsible for establishing and maintaining account hierarchy within the system of record.
    Being efficient and accurate with data entry is key to keeping up with incoming requests and preventing downstream issues.

    Provides data and technical support to the Sales Team and Account Management with a proficient understanding of regional utility requirements.

    Stay up to date with changes in utility requirements for requesting usage and applicable data
    Receives and responds to Request for Proposals (RFP's) primarily by email.
    Liaison between Sales and other functional groups throughout the data validation process and contract execution.
    Coordinate with the pricing and legal teams on non-standard requests

    Assists with ad hoc requests for process improvements, such as assisting in cleanup projects, new hire training, development of process efficiencies, and system testing.


    Qualifications:
    Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    Exceptional written and oral communication skills to function in a team environment and to maintain rapport with employees and customers.

    Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and independent decision-making.
    Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with internal customers.
    Flexibility on the job and the ability to work under multiple, daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Demonstrates a positive attitude, resilience, and openness to changes in the work environment, processes, and structure.
    Enthusiasm to learn.
    Strong organizational skills.
    Ability to always maintain confidentiality of all information.
    Experience selling services in to the

    industrial/manufacturing

    industries.
    Previous experience selling services into the Paper Milling Industry.

    Related industry experience in:

    cement manufacturing, paper manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Smelting/Metal Melting (anything that has large smoke stacks), or Manufacturers like John Deere and Caterpillar (who are melting metal for their manufacturing processes).

    Sold drone inspecting services or maybe other "out of the box" services solutions


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree.
    Previous Internship experience.
    Energy industry exposure.
    Experience in a fast paced and team-oriented work environment.
    Familiar with Salesforce.

    Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus.

    It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
