We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Antenna Product Cost Expert to join our team in Brooklyn Park, MN.

Our focus is on advanced passive and active antenna systems, ranging from 2G to 5G and beyond. We are committed to improving overall system performance, driving and securing antenna technology and development.

As a member of our team, you will be involved in all aspects of product development, including technical studies, pre-development, and design for high-volume products.

Your role will include activities such as analyzing requirements and architecture, defining product cost targets, determining product and component costs, driving cost improvements, and documenting processes.

We prioritize lean and agile ways of working and organize in multi-functional development teams, where diversity, knowledge sharing, and collaboration foster true innovation.

What you will do:

Drive and oversee product cost work in design base studies, predevelopment, and component and antenna product development projects
Collaborate with the project team to generate and update ideas for product cost improvements to meet cost targets
Conduct product cost reviews with the project team and follow up on component and antenna levels with cost controllers
