We are looking for a contractor in Delmar, DE to help with some home renovations. The project is not a complete overhaul, but rather a few specific updates to make the house more livable. This includes installing new doors in the bedrooms, updating the bathroom fixtures, and renovating one wall.

In the kitchen, we need to fix two walls, install an oven and stove, and update the sink and plumbing.

The living room will require sanding and painting of the doors, as well as updating one wall with decorative wallpaper or something similar.

We also need to fix the lighting in the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room, as well as install the oven and stove.

There may be a few other tasks that we have not yet thought of. The goal of this renovation is to improve the aesthetics of the house and make it more energy-efficient. We are looking for a contractor who can provide a good balance of quality and affordability. The house is a 100+ square meter apartment that is over 40 years old and is owned by us. We are looking to start this project within the next month.
