The Avatars + Identity Team is looking for a Producer to help build and scale personalized Avatar experiences across our portfolio of products.

As a Producer supporting the Technical Art team, you will establish and maintain operational procedures, scope and provide schedules, work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and consistent communication between all key stakeholders.

Producer Responsibilities:

Establish and create processes to help the Technical Art team run efficiently and smoothly
Maintain an overview of the state of projects and create visibility on status and risk
Collaborate and proactively solve issues with team leads and crossfunctional leads
Drive Roadmapping, track dependencies and derisk execution
Thrive in a dynamic, fastpaced, and selfmotivated environment

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years experience shipping games/animation/film/interactive media in a professional environment
Experience to prioritize and juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines across distributed teams
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the experience to communicate complex concepts clearly

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading a technical program or project as a producer or technical artist
Analytical skills and experience with datadriven product design and decisionmaking.
