Job Summary
We are seeking a CX Tools Administrator with a strong background in the BPO or call center industry to join our growing team.Responsibilities include administering and customizing Zendesk as our primary CRM platform, supporting related tools such as Intercom and Gorgias, and collaborating with internal teams and clients.
- Serve as the primary administrator for Zendesk CRM.
- Support additional customer support telephony tools such as Intercom and Gorgias.
