Your tasks:

As a project manager for technical building equipment, you will handle innovative and technically individual projects in the field of technical building equipment.
From contract award to final acceptance by our customers, you act as the first point of contact for all questions.
With expertise and foresight, you provide advice to our customers - skillfully planning the technical implementation of construction projects.
Together with your project team, you reliably fulfill all requirements of specialist planners and customers.
You know the key to project success and therefore keep an eye on deadlines, costs, material and equipment deliveries, and their interaction with construction and installation.
Lastly, you handle contract-related correspondence, prepare additional offers, and work closely with our central administration.

Completed degree in building services engineering or a similar field
Alternatively, a comparable technical education and further training - for example, as a master or technician (m/f/d) in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitation
Relevant professional experience in project work and building technology, preferably in a leadership position: construction manager, project manager (m/f/d)
Confidence and commitment in direct customer communication at eye level
The right mix of personal responsibility and teamwork
