Sie verteilt sich auf 5 Tage in der Woche von Montag bis Samstag in Früh-, Mittel- und Spätschichten.Bezahlung nach Einzelhandelstarif + 13. Gehalt als Weihnachtsgeld + Urlaubsgeld + 15% Personalrabatt und vieles mehr weiter unten.
    •Kund*innen stehen für dich im Mittelpunkt und du hast Spaß an der Arbeit im lebendigen Einzelhandel. Du hast großes Interesse daran, wie sich Menschen ihr Zuhause oder ihr Geschäft einrichten.
    •Du hast Berufserfahrung im Verkauf und idealerweise bereits Kenntnisse über Verkaufsförderungs- und Verkaufssteuerungstechniken. Dein Wunsch ist es, dich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.
    •Du hast großes Interesse daran, Verantwortung für Projekte mit vorgegebenem Rahmen in deinem Bereich zu übernehmen.

    •Du bist Verkäufer*in aus Leidenschaft Gemeinsam mit dem Team deines Verkaufsbereichs optimierst du das Einkaufserlebnis für unsere Kund*innen in deiner Abteilung und trägst damit zu einer hohen Zufriedenheit unserer Kund*innen und steigenden Umsätzen bei. Dafür nutzt du auch dein Wissen über die verschiedenen Verkaufskanäle im Multichannel-Umfeld von IKEA.
    •Du unterstützt deine*n Teamleiter*in bei der aktiven Verkaufssteuerung in eurem Bereich. Dazu zählen auch Verkaufsaktivitäten wie Sortimentswechsel und saisonale Aktivitäten.
    •Du setzt die IKEA Vermarktungsprinzipien in deinem Bereich um. Du sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team dafür, dass sich euer Verkaufsbereich immer in Bestform zeigt: Das Sortiment ist attraktiv präsentiert, die Regale gut gefüllt und jedes Produkt trägt ein Preisschild.
    •Du erweiterst stetig deine Kenntnisse über die Eigenschaften, Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten und den Nutzen von IKEA Produkten und teilst dein Wissen mit Kund*innen und Kolleg*innen.
    •Du unterstützt deinen Teamleiter bei Marktanalysen sowie bei der Planung und Umsetzung der Ziele eures Bereichs anhand eurer KPIs.
