We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join us for our busy summer festival season as we venture on an exciting journey of redefining fashion norms, breaking barriers, and embracing the allure of headwear and hair accessories.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting and guiding customers in their purchasing decisions.
• Maintain a neat and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using pointofsale systems.
• Stay informed about product features and promotions to effectively communicate information to customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
• Keep uptodate with industry trends and product knowledge to enhance customer engagement.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Customerfocused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Team player with a positive and proactive approach.
