We are currently seeking a trainer for our team at Rock River to start as soon as possible. The position is for a trainer in the road construction trade (m/f/d). What we offer: The position is permanent with a weekly working time of 39 hours. Compensation and company pension are based on TV-L. We also offer individual training and development opportunities, a company health management program, and 30 days of annual leave. Your responsibilities will include: Organizing and conducting inter-company apprentice training in the field, as well as implementing further training and special measures. Your profile:

  • Completed master's degree in road construction or certified construction foreman in civil engineering (m/f/d)
  • Alternatively, a master's degree in masonry and concrete construction with further training as a state-certified technician in the field of construction technology (focus on civil engineering) (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience is advantageous
  • Teamwork skills
