At a Glance: We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and dynamic marketer to lead our next phase in Boise, ID.

You will work closely with the local team and Head of Marketing for Central Europe to develop and implement a long-term brand and marketing plan that embodies On's mission and shapes the future of running culture in Boise.

This position reports to the Head of Marketing for Central Europe and is based in Boise, with occasional travel required for business needs.

Your Mission:

  • Serve as the brand voice and expert for the Boise market
  • Lead and inspire the local marketing team with a unified vision and foster an inclusive team culture within the larger European team
  • Ensure consistent communication of On's brand and story across all channels, aligned with internal marketing strategies
  • Develop and execute a unique, consumercentric marketing plan for Boise that energizes the brand, attracts new audiences, and builds brand equity
