Position Summary:
Assembly of valves and kits, testing valves, and packaging for shipment to customer in a timely and efficient manner.

- Interprets and applies Engineering Assembly and Test Procedures.
- Utilize schematics and blueprints to trouble shoot operational problems.
- Perform general maintenance duties.
- Responsible for the safe assembly, testing and repair of assigned equipment.
- Remain productive and assemble components in a safe and timely matter in order to meet delivery and service goals.
- Notify Assembly Lead and/or Production Management of any concerns or omissions related to product safety and quality.
- Balance team and individual responsibilities
- Perform other workrelated tasks, as assigned.
Required Education:
Essential
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree
Required Skills/Experience:
- General knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Ability to communicate with clients and work well with a variety of personnel.
- Employee must be highly motivated and well suited to a varying schedule and the challenges of working in an offshore environment.
- Employee is regularly required to talk and hear with close and distant vision.
- Regular pushing, pulling, lifting, bending and kneeling.
- Ability to work in elevated work areas with proper PPE
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and/or overtime if required.

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Physical Dexterity required; ability to ascend/descend ladders; ability to stand, walk, bend, sit, lift, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, push, pull, and move objects for 8 to 12 hours per day.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Speak/hear and use specific vision abilities such as close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Capability of properly using standard office equipment including a computer with a keyboard.
- Ability to wear and utilize Personal Protective Safety Equipment (PPE). Required equipment includes steel toed shoes, safety glasses/goggles. Additional PPE may be required, e.g., safety harnesses, Fire Retardant Clothing (FRC), hard hats, or other as assigned.

The work environment characteristics described herein are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
- Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require basic safety precautions. Ability to wear and utilize Personal Protective Safety Equipment (PPE). Required equipment includes steeltoed shoes, safety glasses/goggles. Additional PPE may be required, e.g., safety harnesses, Fire Retardant Clothing (FRC), hard hats, or other as assigned.
- Work conditions will vary and may include working up to twelve (12) hours per day or more in environments with exposure to unusual elements, such as dirt, dust, fumes, unpleasant odors and/or loud noises.
