Our state of the art facility is located in one of the fastest growing areas in Wisconsin. With a dedicated and tenured team, we pride ourselves as being a well connected partner within the community where we live and work.

    We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team Previous Automotive / Customer relation experience is preferred, however we will train the right individual. This position is fast paced and customer focused. Above average organizational skills a must. Our service department has an extremely loyal following and you will get to know many of our service customers as friends. In addition to a weekly salary you will receive a monthly bonus based on individual production as well as the production of the department.

    Responsibilities:

    • Making appointments, processing repair orders, quotes and invoices
    • Providing customer support via phone and face-to-face at the dealership
    • Qualifying customer problems and logging them for technicians to review
    • Ensuring customer approval for all remedial work to be carried out
    • Promoting our range of vehicle parts and accessories
    • Internal coordination of service work to adhere to commitments made to customers
    • Estimating costs and time for work to be carried out, and maintaining customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of vehicle

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience as a service advisor or service writer required
    • Candidates MUST possess above-average phone and communication skills
    • Must bring a positive, upbeat attitude to this role and be completely comfortable upselling clients on Toyota products and services
    • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills to ensure client satisfaction
    • Must have the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical terms to clients
    • Ability to evolve and adapt to changing business needs
    • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
    • High School diploma or equivalent, as well as a good driving record with valid driver's license
