REEL GmbH, located in Cologne, is one of the world's leading partners for aluminum manufacturers. As part of the French REEL INTERNATIONAL group and a global network with decades of experience, we are an internationally oriented company.

Our focus at the Cologne location is on planning, delivery, and installation of individual machines as well as turnkey industrial plants for the production and handling of anodes, which are necessary for primary aluminum production.

We are currently seeking a

HSE Manager / QHSE Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Participation as HSE representative in the development and review of health, safety, environmental, and quality topics in our national and international projects, integrated into our planning team
  • Creation of project-specific HSE documents and monitoring compliance with legal, regulatory, and customer-specific requirements
  • Ensuring and implementing our HSE policies and standards in our offices and on our project-related construction sites both domestically and internationally
  • Conducting inspections and audits at our suppliers and on our construction sites during the construction and commissioning phase
  • Monitoring and continuously improving our HSE policies and standards
