YOUR TASKS:

Support of the Business IT team: Active participation in the planning, monitoring and control of digitization projects
Documentation and reporting: Creation of project documentation, status reports and presentations for management
Communication: Efficient coordination and communication with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Resource management: Support in resource planning and management for projects
Quality control: Ensuring compliance with quality standards and project goals

WHAT WE EXPECT:

Ongoing, advanced studies in business administration, business informatics or a comparable field of study
Basic knowledge in project management and interest in digitization projects
Good communication skills and team spirit
Independent and structured way of working
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Power Point
