Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Update and edit PLC Programs using supplied software
Able to manage work requirements and prioritize task completion in breakdown situations
Advanced troubleshooting skills including PLC and repair of production machinery
Safely setup, adjust, maintain, and repair machinery and machine parts
Read and understand technical drawings, schematics, ladder logic, etc.
Follow all established safety procedures
Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Competencies

Must possess extensive electrical control experience
Able to work in a selfdirected fashion without significant supervisory support / direction.
Strong problem solving, communication and organizational skills
Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with other team members

Physical Requirements

Lift tools, machinery parts, and other objects weighing up to 80 lbs. each, assistance available if needed
Endure intermittent bending, crouching, pushing, pulling, stooping, and reaching
Standing for an extended period of time
Able to work under extreme conditions such as hot or cold temperatures, noise, dust, and dirt
