Description
Actalent is hiring anElectronic Assembly Technician that has experience with electro-mechanical assembly in a clean room environment. Must have experience with PCB or small electronic component assembly.
- Assemble precision electromechanical parts by following diagrams and specifications using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments in a prototype engineering environment
- Assemble cables, and electrical connectors, into complex assemblies
- Operate in a clean environment to assemble opticalelectrical and optomechanical assemblies
- Operate the testing equipment and document test results using templates and SOPs
- Repairs, reworks assemblies to meet operation tolerance and quality
- Verifies dimensions and clearances of components and parts to ensure conformance to specifications, using instruments such as micromenters, calipers, height gauges, and test equipment
- Create parts kits and record tracking data such as serial numbers, part numbers, etc. to feed the assembly flow
- Assist in inventory management by organizing the parts and enabling storage of components, subassemblies and finishes goods
- Accurately follows all applicable manufacturing documentation in the assembly and testing of product
Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour
