Description

Actalent is hiring an
Electronic Assembly Technician that has experience with electro-mechanical assembly in a clean room environment. Must have experience with PCB or small electronic component assembly.

Assemble precision electromechanical parts by following diagrams and specifications using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments in a prototype engineering environment
Assemble cables, and electrical connectors, into complex assemblies
Operate in a clean environment to assemble opticalelectrical and optomechanical assemblies
Operate the testing equipment and document test results using templates and SOPs
Repairs, reworks assemblies to meet operation tolerance and quality
Verifies dimensions and clearances of components and parts to ensure conformance to specifications, using instruments such as micromenters, calipers, height gauges, and test equipment
Create parts kits and record tracking data such as serial numbers, part numbers, etc. to feed the assembly flow
Assist in inventory management by organizing the parts and enabling storage of components, subassemblies and finishes goods
Accurately follows all applicable manufacturing documentation in the assembly and testing of product

Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour
