Currently, about engineers are working with us to realize and sustainably maintain new bridges, tunnels, train stations, tracks, and signal systems - but that's not nearly enough. As an engineer at Deutsche Bahn, you can plan, manage, or monitor something that will remain: the infrastructure for future generations.

We are currently looking for you as an environmental planner (m/f/d) for DB Engineering&Consulting GmbH at our locations in Munich or Nuremberg.
Your tasks:

As an environmental planner, you will independently create landscape management plans (LBP) and conduct environmental screenings

You will be responsible for preliminary examinations and compatibility studies in accordance with the FFH (Flora-Fauna-Habitat Directive) and, if necessary, create specialist reports on species protection

In case of need, you will work on environmental impact assessment reports (EIA) as well as landscape management implementation plans (LAP) and tenders (LVs)

If necessary, you will conduct field and mapping work using a tablet

In the future, you will take on tasks in the field of ecological and environmental construction supervision with a focus on nature conservation
