    Description
    Poudre Pet and Feed Supply seeks a

    Warehouse Manager

    to join our team. You will play a key role in helping pets live happier, healthier lives. Success in this role will require effective communication skills, innovative thinking, and a passion for pets.

    You are expected to set an example for other employees through professional conduct and by safely performing all assigned tasks to predetermined standards.

    In this flexible position, the tasks may include sorting, loading, palatalizing, scanning, quality assurance, and operation of powered equipment.
    What You'll Do

    Lead a team of hourly associates
    Train Team Members to safely and accurately perform tasks to predetermined standards.

    Based on operational plans and company standards, assign Team Members to work areas in order to maximize customer service & reach distribution goals.

    Provide management feedback of Team Members and then provide on-the-job training to meet training needs.
    Notify management of equipment malfunctions and other potential safety issues.
    Maintain a clean and safe work area. Promote safety programs and recommend corrective actions.
    Create a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees in the warehouse to provide feedback and drive change within the store, adapt to the ever-changing business, and stay focused on the customer experience
    Unload, load, lift, push, and stack product.
    Wrap, label, and move pallets.
    What You'll Need

    Must be at least 18 years old
    Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly with or without reasonable accommodations
    Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours, each shift has two 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute lunch break
    No uncontrollable allergies, such as hay or animals
    Must be comfortable with computers and systems
    Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail
    Ability to work flexible schedule to include nights and weekends if business requires it
    Love for furry or feathered creatures
    A passion for helping people
