Description

• Configuration of Org structure, Warehouse structure, warehouse processes, Complex Outbound, Complex inbound, WOCR, Waves and Physical Inventory
• Assist users with EWM processing of Goods Receipt of PO, Return to Vendor, Stock Transport Order, Delivery processing and Warehouse Tasks, Packing, TU movements, Adhoc warehouse movements and transfer postings
• Monitor and processing of RFC queues between ERP and EWM
• Perform Gap analysis to determine the level of customization and author detailed functional specifications and system configuration
• End-to-end business process testing, Functional Testing, EWM-TM Integration testing and UAT
• Resolve inventory discrepancies between ERP and EWM and correction of stock through Physical Inventory, Difference Analyzer, scrapping and ERP Stock check report
• Fix Inconsistencies like maintenance of missing document flow links, Storage bin capacity correction and Retriggering queues with EWM Check monitor cockpit
• Manage IT stakeholders from other business areas - Procurement, Sales, Finance & TM to ensure integrity of business processes. Conduct workshops and prepare job aids and adhoc documents to prepare business stakeholders for upcoming change releases.
