    is seeking an

    Environmental Services Director

    to join their team at

    Presbyterian Hospital

    in

    Albequrque, NM.


    The Environmental Services Director is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all facility solutions to ensure all health and safety standards are met.

    In this position you will lead a team of 100+ employees,

    supervise, and drive results of the Environmental Services Team.

    Job Responsibilities
    Plans, controls and directs all cleaning, sanitizing and waste removal functions within a healthcare facility to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives and customer needs
    LeadershipOverall ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance of the unitModel key leadership behaviors and ensure the highest levels of safety, quality and service excellence for employees, clients and consumersCoach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved
    Reward and recognize employeesIdentify and engage top talent and develop team members to their fullest potential within the organizationPlan and lead team management meetingsEnsure safety and sanitation standards in all operations
    Client RelationshipEstablish and maintain effective client and customer rapport for a mutually beneficial business relationshipIdentify client needs and communicate operational progressDeliver and model WEST as the foundation for delivering excellent customer serviceFacilitate and support new business and retention activitiesDevelop programs (facilities, custodial, energy, grounds or maintenance) to meet client and customer demands and specifications
    Financial PerformanceBuild revenue and manage budget which includes cost controls with regard to labor, supply, and inventoryEnsure the completion and maintenance of financial statements relative to the departmentOversight and responsibility to deliver client and company financial targetsAdopt all Aramark processes and systems, eliminate custom/manual reportsUnderstand performance metrics, data, order and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve margins
    ProductivityImplement and maintain GM agenda for both labor and total quality management requirementsCreate value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit managementEnsure consistent application of Aramark?s operating standards and processes (Operational Excellence) with particular focus on efficiencies in sustainability efforts to reduce energy consumption and labor productivity standards

    Qualifications
    Requires at least three years of experience in healthcare environmental servicesRequires up to two years of experience in a management or supervisory role preferredRequires a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experienceModel key leadership behaviors and ensure the highest levels of safety, quality and service excellence for employees, clients and consumers
