    Description

    Job Title: Heavy Equipment Repair Technician and Maintenance

    • Repair Technician and Maintenance:
      • Repair heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders safely and efficiently.
      • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment operation.
      • Diagnose mechanical issues and conduct repairs to minimize downtime.
    • Engine and Power Systems Expertise:
      • Troubleshoot engine performance problems and perform repairs and overhauls.
      • Maintain and repair power systems like generators, HVAC systems, and air compressors.
      • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations during equipment maintenance.
    • Parts and Inventory Management:
      • Manage parts inventory and ensure availability of components for repairs.
      • Source and order parts adhering to company procedures.
      • Maintain accurate records of parts usage and equipment maintenance history.
    • Customer Service and Support:
      • Provide technical support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
      • Respond promptly to service calls, ensuring customer satisfaction.
      • Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
    • Ever-Pac Machining and Salvage Repair:
      • Perform machining and salvage repairs on damaged equipment components.
      • Utilize Ever-Pac techniques to restore components to OEM specifications.
      • Ensure quality control and safety protocols during machining and repair.
    • Documentation and Reporting:
      • Maintain service and repair records using digital or paper-based systems.
      • Prepare service reports and documentation for customer records and internal use.
      • Provide detailed reports on equipment condition and repairs performed.
    • Team Collaboration:
      • Collaborate with technicians and support staff to resolve technical issues.
      • Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry trends.
      • Foster a positive team environment focused on safety and customer service excellence.

    Salary: $32-$45 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
