    Description
    If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for the Administrative Division.


    Typical work assignments will include:
    Provides technical assistance and processing support to budget analysts in one or more program area.
    Provides technical assistance and processing support in contracting activities.
    Assists in a variety of administrative services activities. Prepares a variety of recurring and special reports, compiling data and obtaining required information.
    Serves as a backup information receptionist for the office. Receives visitors and refers each visitor to the appropriate person or office as determined by local procedure.
    Prepares or assists with travel authorization requests, ensuring the proper electronic approvals are attained. Prepares or assists with travel expense vouchers in a timely manner.
    Reviews voucher submissions to ensure necessary receipts and correct funding information are submitted.
    Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
