    Job DescriptionSalary: $22.00

    Felix Construction Company is seeking an entry level Panel Shop Fabricator. No experience necessary. We will train the right candidate. This role will work in a climate controlled shop and do wiring for electrical panels used in the water and wastewater industry. This position will report to the Panel Shop Manager. Hours are Monday-Friday, 6AM-2:30PM. Work location is 2530 S. 52nd Ave., Phoenix, AZ.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain shop housekeeping
    • Utilize hand tools
    • Utilize power tools
    • Assist with panel fabrication
    • Read and apply procedural documents
    • Use Microsoft Office including Outlook for e-mail, Word and Excel

    Qualifications

    • No previous experience required, but high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
    • Has manual dexterity to bend and feed wires
    • Ability to bend, twist and stand to perform normal job duties
    • Team player, motivated to learn and has interest in electrical fields
    • Is punctual and has attention to detail
    • Able to effectively communicate in English and follow directions
    • Have the legal right to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship
