EMPLOYEE (M/F/D) HOUSE AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (PART-TIME 25 HRS.- INITIALLY LIMITED UNTIL AUGUST 2025) In order to make an even greater contribution to society, we are looking for you from as a parental leave replacement in the real estate management department as an employee (m/f/d) for house and property management.
Your help and where it is needed:
Contract management - care, conclusion and termination of rental agreements for apartments, commercial properties, parking spaces and garages Maintenance of technical and commercial master data of the properties Proactive tracking and follow-up of the dunning process Communication with tenants, landlords, municipal offices and authorities Checking open items, debt collection Invoice verification and approval Processing of inheritance and estate matters Complaint management Skills, qualifications & know-how: Completed commercial training with a focus on property management or an equivalent qualification Relevant professional experience in property and real estate management Secure handling of common MS Office applications
