Your Responsibilities:

As part of the Trading Operations department, you will bring in your previous experience in securities middle and/or back office.
You will be responsible for daily monitoring of trading volumes and reconciliation of trading positions.
You will resolve discrepancies with trading and clearing departments.
You will prepare reports, analyses, and statistics.
You will maintain and monitor the securities settlement system.
You will be the point of contact for clarification of issues and causes, support internal projects, and promote communication within the department.

Your Profile:

You have successfully completed a degree with a relevant focus and/or an apprenticeship as a bank/insurance/fund clerk or similar with an excellent grade.
You have an interest in trade processing (stocks, ETFs, derivatives, etc.) and ideally have some previous experience.
Tasks such as position control, cash flow reconciliation, corporate actions, settlement, evaluation and assessment of suspicious cases, etc. are already familiar to you, or you would like to develop into a specialist in these areas with us.
Your curiosity, high level of comprehension, and enjoyment of structured and processoriented work set you apart.
You are an enthusiastic team player and bring a high level of motivation.
You have a strong sense of responsibility and a high standard for your own quality and diligence.
You have good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
