- Lead a team of four Supply and Demand planning associates who have overall responsibility of consistently achieving target inventory levels as well as maintaining customer service metrics.
- Work with Sales and Commercial Operations to build stronger customer relationships with key accounts that facilitates process improvements from the customer perspective and builds confidence that Aurobindo can be counted on to consistently supply.
- Lead and Develop Demand Planning team to liaison with external customers to provide updated forecasts and identify reasons for high demand variability.
- Set and track annual goals for Supply and Demand planning team. Develop and train team as needed.
- Lead US S&OP meetings, develop overall meeting content and action plans that cover all outstanding issues as well as supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Team Lead to develop Supply Team to interface with Private Label customers -
- Work with SC Team to develop work instruction to document all critical SC processes to ensure robust and efficient operations.
- Must possess strong analytical, prioritization, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Must be able to multi-task and focus on details.
- Must possess an in-depth knowledge of DRP/ERP planning systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Advanced Excel skills are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of DEA and FDA regulations as it relates to Generic Pharmaceuticals Supply Chains.
- Must speak English fluently.
- Experience with Oracle DRP, working in a global/international supply chain environment, good mathematical aptitude and experience in writing SOPs compliant with cGMP.
- Experience with project management highly desirable.
- BA/BS degree required, with APICS/Six Sigma certification highly desirable.

Job Overview:The Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing the supply of Aurohealths product portfolio, meeting customer service level requirements, while optimizing inventory, order to receipt cycle times, and minimizing excess inventory and inventory write-offs.? The position works closely with Aurobindos local and global supply chain to understand production and transportation lead times for API manufacture, sourced components, finished dose manufacture, sea and air shipping, and regulatory approvals.?? The position will coordinate input of customer requirements, new product launch requirements, product additions and losses from the Sales & Marketing department through a demand planning solution to ensure timely and accurate information for manufacturing and supply planning.
Responsibilities:OFFICE POSITION - While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to: Stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work Light to moderate lifting is required Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic). Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time Sedentary work Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
