ROOTS Brand Strategy Consultants GmbH is an internationally active strategy consulting firm for marketing and brands based in Düsseldorf, Germany. We advise renowned clients in areas such as growth strategy, brand positioning, customer experience, marketing productivity, marketing capability, and marketing analytics.

We are an agile consulting boutique, shaped by our own extensive practical experience in leadership positions in marketing and sales at international corporations. Our consulting approach is therefore pragmatic and application-oriented, and we often support our clients in implementing the solutions we develop together. We are located at the young and dynamic startup hub, the Factory Campus in Düsseldorf-Lierenfeld.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a full-time intern (38.5 hours/week) for 6 months, starting flexibly, to support our consulting team in strategy and marketing consulting as well as back-office tasks.

Requirements:

  • Advanced studies, preferably in business administration or economics
  • Ideally, you have gained first professional experience (internships) in marketing, strategic brand consulting, or management consulting
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, quick comprehension
  • Highly organized, customer-oriented, attention to detail
  • Resilient, highly motivated and eager to learn
