    Pay Range:
    $20-22 per hour


    Schedule:
    Monday to Friday

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with precision.
    • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports promptly and accurately.
    • Resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
    • Ensure timely payments and collections.
    • Maintain meticulous financial records and assist with financial closings.
    • Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 1 year of accounts payable and receivable experience.
    • Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks or Sage.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
