Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist with a background in the construction industry to join our team in Loveland.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
Draw Requests:
Work closely with Project Managers, Sales Associates, and the Service Department to prepare and process invoices and draw requests in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
*Proven experience in accounting, preferably within the construction industry.
*Proficiency with ERP systems and accounting software.
*Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes.
*Excellent organizational and time management skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
