CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:


  • Commercial order processing in SAP
  • Preparation and followup of offers
  • Price, terms and master data maintenance
  • Handling of complaints and returns
  • Preparation of export documents
  • Telephone and written customer support

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as a dialogue marketing specialist, wholesale and foreign trade merchant, office manager, industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar
- (First) relevant work experience, preferably in sales

  • Proactive, independent work style and a strong service mentality
  • Good communication skills
  • SAP-SD and MS Office knowledge desirable
  • Very good English skills
