- Recommendations and Guidance: Provide clients with recommendations and guidance to achieve their goals, identifying growth opportunities.
- Research and Analysis: Research tax issues and provide guidance to clients, ensuring compliance and optimization.
- Team Development: Assist senior management in mentoring, coaching, and supervising staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Communication: Communicate effectively, both internally and externally, verbally and in writing, across all levels of the organization.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Accounting, Taxation, or relevant field. Minimum 6 years of experience in public accounting, with 3 years in a supervisory role. Must have active CPA or equivalent certification.
