    Production Associate I

    Welcome to the job listing for a Production Associate I at BMSC!

    As a Production Associate I, you will be responsible for the assembly and packaging of Finished Goods while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and safety. Your role will involve following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company procedures, and safety regulations to ensure efficient manufacturing processes. Here's what you'll be doing:

    Responsibilities and Essential Duties

    • Maintain a clean and safe work area in adherence to company GMP and procedures.
    • Adhere to company safety guidelines.
    • Follow detailed assembly instructions and processes meticulously.
    • Conduct inspections of Finished Goods to guarantee quality.
    • Prioritize good housekeeping practices.
    • Participate in the cleaning of machine parts for smooth operations.
    • Demonstrate good attendance and punctuality.
    • Focus on safety protocols, including proper shutdown of machinery before maintenance.
    • Be prepared for flexible schedules and occasional overtime shifts.

    Technical Skills Required

    • Be a team player with a positive attitude.
    • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Experience Required

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or food industry.
    • Basic math skills.

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
    • Capability to handle objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
    • Read labels with small fonts.
    • Identify colors accurately.
    • Perform bending, kneeling, squatting, and stretching activities.
    • Be prepared for exposure to various work conditions.
    • Operate in noisy environments at times.
    • Use ladders and/or stairs if necessary.
    • Engage in repetitive motions.
