Established and well-respected swim school opening soon in Cudahy needs engaged, reliable, self-driven individual to help with the operation of our premier swim school.

Duties include scheduling, on-boarding, training, and duties as assigned to run a safe and productive work environment. Must be able to teach our lessons a % of the time to model expectations and for coverage. Aquatics background a huge plus, but operations/scheduling experience in a fast moving environment would be considered. Must enjoy working with people. Bilingual a huge plus. MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN IN DELAFIELD
