Head of Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • You define and continuously develop quality assurance measures in production
  • As the disciplinary head of the Quality Assurance team, you ensure smooth production processes
  • You actively participate in the continuous improvement of our quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 and also oversee internal and external audits
  • You conduct error analyses, document deviations, and initiate appropriate measures
  • You are responsible for reporting key figures and shaping customer complaint management

Your profile:


  • You have successfully completed your studies (e.g. in engineering or natural sciences) and ideally have several years of professional experience in quality management/assurance in an industrial company
  • You have excellent knowledge of the QM standard ISO 9001:201
  • You have the ability to understand qualityrelated connections and communicate effectively in both German and English
