Your tasks

To support our team in intern supervision, we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) to start in August 2024 for approximately 5 months.

Your tasks will include supporting the selection, hiring, and supervision of interns (m/f/d) at our location in Regensburg.

Specifically, your tasks will include:
  • Preparation and management of job postings
  • Collaboration with the central recruiting department
  • Organization of job interviews
  • Maintenance of employee master data for contract creation
  • Management of the application process for trial internships (m/f/d)
  • Ongoing support of students and assistance in advising managers
  • Assistance in organizing events related to internships, such as student get-togethers or city tours (partly virtual)
  • Processing and presentation of special topics in intern supervision

Your profile
  • Student in the field of business administration, pedagogy, or a comparable field of study
  • Basic knowledge of SAP R/3 desirable, but not mandatory
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Fluent in German and good English skills, both written and spoken
