    Key Responsibilities:

    System Configuration and Maintenance:
    • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including data models, workflows, and validation rules.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Salesforce is optimized for business needs
    • Ensure data integrity and maintain the security of Salesforce by setting up profiles, roles, and permission sets.
    • Manage and maintain user accounts, including creating, deactivating, and resetting passwords.
    User Training and Support:
    • Provide training and support to end-users, helping them navigate Salesforce effectively.
    • Address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
    Data Management:
    • Oversee data imports, exports, and data cleansing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain data standards.
    • Implement data governance strategies to maintain data integrity and quality.
    • Oversee data migration, data cleanup, and data architecture efforts.
    Report and Dashboard Creation:
    • Create custom reports and dashboards to help teams gain insights and make data-driven decisions.
    • Understand and translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
    Integration and Third-Party Apps:
    • Manage the integration of Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications.
    • Evaluate and implement relevant AppExchange solutions to enhance Salesforce functionality.
    Release Management:
    • Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases and evaluate how new features can benefit the organization.
    • Plan, test, and deploy new releases and updates.
    • Analyze the impact of updates on existing processes.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a Salesforce administration and management, including Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201 or equivalent).
    • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in data management, including data modeling and reporting.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
    • Adaptability and willingness to learn new Salesforce features and functionalities.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Advanced certifications such as Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM 211), Certified Salesforce Developer (Platform App Builder), or others.
    • Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
    • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce development.
    COMPENSATION: $87,000 + benefits package
