Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Printer Tech to join our team. As a Printer Tech, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of printers and related equipment.
Your role will involve troubleshooting and repairing printer issues, as well as ensuring the quality and efficiency of printed materials.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain printers, including setup, calibration, and adjustments
- Monitor printer performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal print quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve printer errors or malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing printer components
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of print jobs
- Maintain inventory of printing supplies and order replacements as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Skills:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and printer technology
- Experience as a service technician or in a similar field service role
- Familiarity with computer networking and IT systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
- Mechanical knowledge for diagnosing and repairing printer issues
- Proficiency in using hand tools for equipment repair
