Head of Finance and Accounting in the Construction Industry (m/f/d)

>> Your task.

We are looking for a Head of Finance and Accounting (m/f/d) who will take on the responsibility for the organizational management and further development of the commercial department, including disciplinary leadership of employees from all departments. In this role, you will also be responsible for the profitability of the company. Your scope of responsibility includes all commercial areas, such as finance and accounting, financial accounting, document management, planning and reporting, taxes, insurance, and potentially other areas in the future. You will focus on result control and management with target/actual deviations, developing recommendations and measures, identifying profit opportunities and potential savings. Additionally, you will ensure project financing and liquidity planning. You will also actively drive process optimization, auditing, and the digitization of processes and ERP systems. Furthermore, you will maintain a trusting collaboration with supervisory bodies and relevant stakeholders.
