- Short Description
- Herc Entertainment Service's Live Events Specialist is a combination between account manager and sales coordinator. He / She is accountable for a lot of the communication specific to the industry specialized needs and wants. They are asked to be available on nights and weekends to assist with issues, lack of communication from local branch employees and allaround account management. In many cases, the client looks at this role as their direct line of communication.
- ResponsibilitiesThe role of National Event Coordinator is an important role in the system of managing Live and Televised show.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Communications between SAR, branch and Vendor
- Reservation creation
- Account management
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues
- Manage the flow of information between client and fulfillment center, managing all details required to ensure a successful event
- Oversee contract fulfillment and precise billing processes
- PO management
- Schedule delivery and pick up of equipment
- Maximize revenue through superior customer service on all existing orders
- Finalize sales for both inbound and outbound calls
- Provide sales support
- Logistics to move equipment from event to event, to ensure the entire order is fulfilled
- Summation of the entire spend into a summary invoice
- Conditions of Employment

- Ability to interface with multifaceted, crossfunctional teams
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- Ability to handle complex analysis using Excel and adobe
- Strong Time Management skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to changes
- Team player
- Understand equipment required to successfully solve the needs of the clients
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Compensation
- Base Salary $70k $80k
- Quarterly Bonuses
- This is NOT a remote job
