Description
ABOUT THE ROLEMobile Equipment OperatorWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Inspect all operating equipment each shift, complete inspection sheets and report problems Correct malfunctions or irregularities of operating equipment and safety hazards or report to quarry supervisor if corrections cannot be made.
Do any cleanup that is necessary to have a better and safer working environment. Primary operations of haul trucks; water trucks and fuel truck.Depending upon quarry operational requirements, operating mobile equipment to include, but not limited to front end loaders (993s, 992s, 980s, etc.), haul trucks, dozers, backhoes, grader, excavators, fuel truck, dredge and skid steer loaders.
Taking accurate and reliable counts of material additions as required.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Ability to learn stockpile and plant flow Experienced with operating/maintaining and troubleshooting heavy equipment Ability to perform rigorous physical activities in all weather conditions Self-motivated with a solid work ethic

Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
