Description

Shift:
Sunday-Thursday (10am-6pm)


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
  • Perform routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
  • Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical and mechanical problems
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Assist in supervising contractors and vendors for facility repairs and maintenance
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in facilities maintenance or related field preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, including reading schematics and troubleshooting
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
  • Leadership skills to assist in supervising contractors and vendors

$ $18.50 per hour
