:CropLife America (CLA), a trade association located in the Washington, DC area, is seeking a full-time Science & Regulatory Affairs Coordinator. The Science & Regulatory Affairs Coordinator provides support to the full team across the spectrum of the departments' activities. This position reports to the Vice President of Science & Regulatory Affairs.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in general administrative tasks and committee coordination.
- Compile reports, prepare agendas, and organize background material for committee, Strategic Oversight Council (SOC), and/or Board of Directors meetings for the department.
- Assist the team with invoicing, contracting, and reimbursements.
- Assist the Vice President with scheduling, maintaining calendars, and travel, including booking travel and submitting expense reports.
- Schedule meetings for internal workgroups/committees/coalitions as needed.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience required.
- Association or nonprofit experience preferred.
- Must have strong command of the English language.

- Able to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of membership and association staff and allies.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail.
- Must be highly organized and proficient at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- High technical proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
- Maintain professionalism in interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
- Travel may be required throughout the year (less than 20%).
