Your tasks:


As an office management clerk (m/f/d), you will work in various administrative areas that are necessary for the administrative processing of our services.

Through your work in accounting, billing, and claims processing, you can not only demonstrate your organizational skills, but also deepen and perfect your theoretical knowledge.

Training details:

  • Duration: 3 years fulltime, with the option to reduce the training to 2.5 years with good school performance
  • 2 days of school per week at the vocational school in Dillingen
  • During the training, you will acquire the following knowledge: accounts payable and receivable accounting, document bookings, account maintenance, dunning and payment transactions, cost and performance accounting, billing processes, claims processing

Your profile:

  • You have a good secondary school diploma or technical diploma
  • You have good PC skills (Microsoft Office)
  • You are proficient in German, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of English, French, or
