The Higher Technical Vocational School (HBT) at RAK offers a school-based training as an information technology assistant (m/f/d) (shortened to ITA)

You will acquire the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills for this demanding and future-oriented field of work in specialized subjects such as programming (apps and games), databases, operating systems/networks, and electrical engineering/process engineering.

We support your individual learning processes through practical lessons in modern computer labs and our competent teaching staff.

What are the goals of the ITA training?

The vocational training aims to enable information technology assistants (m/f/d) to take on responsible and challenging tasks in various areas of IT development and application in research, industrial production, as well as in public and private service sectors.

What is important?
  • Technical understanding and spatial imagination (e.g. implementing technical sketches for network planning, reading circuit diagrams, narrowing down and eliminating hardware and software errors)
