Your responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for multiple (partial) projects and their implementation. You will keep defined goals in mind and react quickly to deviations from these goals.
  • Project controlling and stakeholder management will be in your hands.
  • Your tasks also include coordinating the project management team, delegating tasks, and setting up, prioritizing, and tracking work packages.
  • You will be responsible for preparing and providing quantitative and qualitative data as a basis for decisionmaking for top management.
  • Independently, you will analyze ongoing processes, identify potential for optimization, and derive solution concepts, which you will then implement.
  • You will implement and accompany change processes.
  • You will support project managers and colleagues from other departments in preparing, implementing, following up, and tracking deadlines.
  • You will coordinate and structure working groups, organize regular meetings, and moderate committees and workshops.

Your profile:


  • You have relevant professional experience as a project manager or consultant (preferably in the automotive, ecommerce, or digital transformation sector).
  • You have a solid knowledge of project management methods and are familiar with agile approaches.
  • Ideally, you have already gained practical experience with Confluence and Jira.
