Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating schedules, events, and administrative tasks.

Duties:

  • Coordinate and manage schedules for staff members and clients
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Utilize Google Suite to create and update documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Type correspondence and other written materials
  • Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in using office management software, including Google Suite
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining records
  • Familiarity with phone systems and handling phone calls professionally
  • Strong proofreading skills to ensure errorfree documents
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately

Pay:
$1, $1,350.00 per week
