Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating schedules, events, and administrative tasks.

Duties:
- Coordinate and manage schedules for staff members and clients
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Utilize Google Suite to create and update documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Type correspondence and other written materials
- Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using office management software, including Google Suite
- Experience with data entry and maintaining records
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling phone calls professionally
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure errorfree documents
- Ability to type quickly and accurately

Pay:
$1, $1,350.00 per week
