Responsibilities and Requirements vary based on job level_

_Expectations include:

Reviews closing documents on Retail Lending loans for compliance. Enters quality control requirements into mortgage processing system. Follows up on missing or incorrect documentation.
Responds to customer, attorney, and branch inquiries. Follows up to resolve problems and questions. Refers the more difficult inquires or complex research issues/decisions to supervisor.
Assists with preparation and processing of loan sale/transfer documentation.
Serves internal and external customers in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner through prompt handling of all transactions.
