Job Description:

You will be the
contact person for service customers and provide competent advice on
all maintenance and service matters.
You ensure a smooth process from
order acceptance to
timely execution of service orders to proper
vehicle return.
Through your
individual and careful support, you manage to inspire customers and keep them loyal to the dealership in the long term.

Requirements:

In addition to a
communicative and customeroriented personality, you ideally have
experience in service consulting in an
auto dealership environment.
Alternatively, you have a
professional background in an
automotive workshop (e.g. automotive mechatronics/workshop management) and want to develop into service consulting.

Benefits:

You will receive a
permanent employment contract with attractive conditions, including a
monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,500 (collective agreement) depending on qualifications and experience
